Are you as a parent feeling stuck on what your next move should be?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then let’s talk to see how I can best help you. Apply here!

  • I offer many different levels in which we can work together. Some levels offer 1:1 support while others do not. After you fill out an application, we will talk through the different options to see which is best for you.

  • If you have a a few extra hours per week, I can show you how to make mealtimes comfortable for your child while adding variety to his/her diet.

The amount of time you need to dedicate to the program depends upon which level that you choose. We will further discuss after you complete your application.

A big focus of mine while creating this program was to be able to support busy parents who want to help their child on his/her feeding journey but are pressed for time and don’t have time for “fluff.”

When there is a will, there is a way. I will help you carve out the time!

Think of it this way…you won’t have to drive your child to feeding therapy weekly and go to appointments. All support and access to the program will be available at your fingertips which automatically is a time-saver right there.

  • About 1 in 13 children have food allergies today. Although No Tears at the Table is not a course about navigating food allergies, it is still suitable for children with food allergies. All educational materials provided can still be utilized if your child has food allergies. The targeted foods to expand your child's diet should be foods that your child is not allergic to, and these foods are to be selected at your own discretion.

  • There are multiple different payment options available. Once you submit your application and we make sure we’re a good fit, I will go over all of your options. I accept…

I am willing to work with you on a payment plan that works best and makes you feel comfortable in this getting started process!

  • Success looks different for every child. Every child has individual strengths and weaknesses. Success depends upon how early strategies are implemented and how CONSISTENTLY strategies are implemented.

Other variables that impact success are your child's needs related to his/her behavior, sensory input, and/or medical concerns.

No Tears at the Table allows parents to implement feeding strategies on their own and at their own pace. Ultimately, you are in control of how fast you choose to move through the program.

  • No Tears at the Table teaches you all of the tools that you need as a parent to take your child’s feeding into your own hands in the comfort of your own home.

This program is different than traditional feeding therapy because it offers support for the parent and child whereas traditional feeding therapy typically only focuses on the child.

No Tears at the Table places a large emphasis on parent education so that you can best support your child during meals at home, at school, and across all environments. This is an area that typical feeding therapy does not always address.

This program focuses on small, realistic changes to meals in addition to giving you specific help with exactly what to do as a parent if your child’s meal does not go as well as you had hoped. You will no longer be wondering why your child isn’t eating his/her meals or feel stuck about your next move for the next day’s meals.

No one spends more time with your child than you, so it is vital for you to understand how to best support your child during mealtimes.
